Taking the top price of the day of 1000gns was Bursyepark Gabriel from Lorna and Vicky Gregory of Launceston. This powerful shearling was sired by Kingledores Eagle Eyed, and had been awarded the Reserve Male Champion ribbon the evening before. Taking him home was J Hurford of Axminster to use on his commercial flock.

Next we had a trio of 750gns, first was Lorna and Vicky Gregory again with Bursyepark Griffin, another sired by Kingledores Eagle Eyed, going home with regular buyer at this sale C Peach of Yeovil .

The next one at this price was Jessica Collings’ Barton G-Star. G-Star was by Glantre Digger and out of a Lakeview ewe. Taking this home was A Reed of Cullomptom.

The final one to sale at this price was from first time vendor Ian Braund with Little Luckham George. This ram was by Lymore Eldorado and he goes to his new home to H Pratt of Tiverton.

The Male Champion and Reserve Overall Champion ticket was awarded to Spectra Griffin from Grady Dufosee, sadly he left the ring just short of his reserve unsold.

The Female Champion and Overals Champion was won by the Howieson family with their shearling ewe Lamberhurst Gracie. Gracie was by Stonedge Extra Muscle and her dam was Talewater Charlotte. She topped the females at 500gns and joins A Denning, Nursery flock in Kent.

The Dunnings also purchased the Howieson’s other shearling ewe for 300gns.

Also making 300gns was young breeder Tim Bridles ewe Bridles Glamorous. She joins the Exwick Barton flock with another young and upcoming breeder George Baxter.

We would like to say a big thank you to Archie Hill of the Quaish flock for coming down to judge.
