Last year Youn
g Handlers class had 17 youngsters forward with their sheep we knew we as a society we wanted to encourage these future breeders!
To that end we have introduced two Young Handler classes and John Barclay (Beachy) has donated a new Young Handlers trophy for the “Up to 10 years of Age” and the present Young Handlers Trophy – the Campbell Family Trophy, Cree Flock will go to the 11- 16 years of age. The Judges for this year are Mark & Ellie Jennings (Hallcrake flock), Kendal.
Please can entries for the Young Handlers classes be notified to the Secretary (Barbara) by 6.30 on Wednesday evening.
As in previous years there will be the Show & Sale Supper – Hot Beef or Pork Roll and Drink £5.50 tickets available from Barbara on the Secretary’s desk by the Show Ring on the Wednesday evening with licensed Bar open from 5.30pm.
