It is with an extremely heavy heart that the Beltex Sheep Society notifies its members and Beltex breeders of the sudden passing of the Society’s Chairman, Jim Kennedy, on Sunday.

A well-known and respected breeder of Beltex and other breeds of sheep for many years, Jim has been at the helm of the Society for the past two years and his knowledge and straight to the point guidance will be sorely missed by all.

The Society sends its deepest condolences to Sally, Lauren, Wallace, Caroline and extended family during this difficult time.

Funeral arrangements will be shared in due course for anyone who wishes to pay their respects.
