Diamante shines at the Virtual Royal Cornwall Show as Aled Groucott’s aged ewe, Swffryd Diamante ET, claimed the Female Championship before on to lift the Supreme Championship, echoing her win at the actual Royal Three Counties Show back in 2019.

Richard and Rachel Sharp’s ewe lamb, Belvoir View Glow ET, followed her through from the Female Championship to stand Reserve Supreme.

Judge, Grant Anderson of the Topflite Flock, commented: “The Overall Champion is just my type of sheep, a real true to type! She boasts just the right size, length, muscle and carries that outstanding eye-catching head. With all these attributes it sets her in a league of her own above the other entries.”

He added of the Reserve Supreme: “The Reserve Champion is once again another fantastic sheep which continues the attributes required when I select a sheep true to the breed type! This is certainly a lamb with a big future in front of her.”

The celebrations continued for the Sharps as they landed the Male Championship with their aged ram, Belvoir View Diamond Flame, while his son, Belvoir View Flexing Machine ET, was Reserve Male.
